Alana and Alyssa

Alana De Garza's beautiful face has left an impression on small screens. De La Garza's parents were both Irish and Mexican American. She was born in Ohio's Columbus on the 26th of December, 1976. She moved to Texas to pursue an occupation as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas then moved into Orlando Florida where she experienced a variety of acting roles such as local independent films and global commercials. Even the small roles did not stop her from finding out that she was a fan of acting. The year 2001 saw her move from the Midwest to New York where her first part was in All My Children's daytime soap-opera in the role of Rosa Santos. During the early part of the decade, she appeared in small parts for JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, her first big-screen series aired on The Mountain. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was lucky enough to be a part of a cast that included some of the best TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. She was A.D.A. on Law & Order in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 seasons. Then, she appeared in The Law & Order: LA brief-lived sequel. De La Garza was nominated for numerous awards including the award for Best Supporting Actress on TV from the Imagen Foundation Awards as well as several ALMA Award nominations. In 2008, she won one of the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a recurring character in CSI Miami a short time later. She played Marisol Deko, as well as wife to David Caruso's character Horatio. Her most recent TV appearance was with NBC's rather darker drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. It was pulled after two short episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her older sister Cory has a ten year old brother who is younger than her. She was brought up in the strict, religious home of her family. Milano was just seven years old when her babysitter took Milano to an audition. Her audition was among over 1000 hopefuls. She was selected as one of just four girls. Milano was featured in TV commercials and on off-Broadway plays, among them the very first American musical rendition to Jane Eyre.
